The main parts of the titanium heat exchanger include:
Heat exchanger main body: usually stainless steel plate, titanium plate, titanium composite plate, or nickel-based alloy plate are bent and welded according to the design size of the heat exchanger. Its material selection is related to the specific working conditions.
Titanium heat exchange tube: The titanium heat exchange tube is the core component of the whole heat exchanger, used to realize heat exchange. In chemical factories, titanium heat exchange tubes can be used for heat exchange in many reaction processes, such as heating, cooling, evaporation, and recovery of chemical gases.
Titanium tube sheet: Corresponding to the titanium tube, it is composed of titanium plate cutting and drilling. Used to carry titanium tubes and connect with other components. Due to its corrosion resistance, titanium plates are widely used in the petrochemical industry for heating or cooling various chemicals to ensure the accuracy of temperature control during production.
Titanium spacer tube: used to isolate the fluid flowing in different heat exchange areas.
