Better circulation

The anode chamber recirculation structure of the buffer plate is changed to a trapezoidal design.

So that the cell in the high current density operation, the liquid distribution tends to even more uniform, there are diagonal flow, so that the electrolyte concentration within the cell more uniform.

Better Gas and Liquid separation

In the upper part of the unit cell using corrugated board and filter double separation of gas-liquid separation structure. Chlorine gas by the corrugated board plate and weir plate, filter bubbles, improve the gas-liquid separation effect.

Lower leakage current

The anode and cathode outlet hose is lengthened from 940mm to 1040mm.

A lower voltage drop configuration

Composite strip of titanium, nickel and anode side of the titanium plate and cathode side of the nickel plate welding, good conductivity.

The material of the conductive layer frame is stainless steel without rust, extending the service life of the unit cell.

Unit cell current conduction effect is better.

Terminal cell conductive copper, with 10 copper into the bottom of the cell, the conductive more uniform, more suitable for high current density operation.
