High temperature molten salt pump, also known as molten salt circulation pump, is a vertical submerged pump. It is mainly used for the transportation of high-temperature heat-conducting medium (nitrate) in caustic soda. The pump material is made of hightemperature-resistant alloy steel, and has undergone special heat-resistant treatment to ensure the stability of the material at high temperature. Due to the operating characteristics of the transmission equipment, the centrifugal force increases the pressure of the conveyed liquid. The result is a smooth, pulsation-free flow in the piping system. Molten salt pump for caustic soda production

Technical Improvement

For the molten salt pump, we have made changes to the design of the main shaft and components. At the bottom end of the rotating main shaft of the molten salt pump, a detachable inducer wheel has been added to address issues such as reduced head and increased motor current. This design modification also prevents erosion on the impeller surface, thereby extending the impeller’s lifespan.
