Titanium/ Stainless steel Aerator

Specifications and models of the aerator head include:

Tubular aerator head: diameters of ø14mm, ø20mm, ø30mm, ø40mm, ø50mm, ø60mm, with lengths ranging from 10mm to 1000mm.

The aerator head is manufactured using modern foreign technology, utilizing industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥99.7%) as the primary material and processed through high-temperature vacuum sintering. It boasts a uniform structure with high porosity, micro-pore diameters ranging from 0.22 micrometers to 100 micrometers, and a porosity rate between 30-40%. The generated air bubbles have small diameters, resulting in a large gas-liquid interface area, facilitating uniform bubble diffusion and preventing pore blockage issues. It’s easy to install and has a long service life.

The entire material used is industrial pure titanium, exhibiting strong resistance to ozone corrosion, extensively applied in ozone and oxygen aeration devices. It offers low aeration resistance, reducing energy consumption by 40% compared to conventional aerators and nearly doubling the sewage treatment capacity. Widely employed in urban sewage treatment, large-scale water treatment plant construction, expansion, and the renovation of old aeration tanks.
