254 SMO Super Stainless Steel: Enhanced from type 316 by increasing Mo content to 6%, it exhibits excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. Suitable for seawater, saline water, and inorganic acids.
904L Super Stainless Steel: A cost-effective austenitic stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, particularly suitable for sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and halides (Cl-, F-). Exhibits excellent resistance to stress corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
Nickel 201: Pure nickel plate with over 99% nickel content. Primarily used in highly concentrated (50%-70%) and high-temperature caustic alkali solutions (NaOH, KOH), but sensitive to crevice corrosion caused by slightly salty seawater.
Hastelloy C-276: Virtually unaffected by chloride ions or chlorides, excellent resistance to various concentrations of sulfuric acid. Widely used in organic acids, high-temperature HF acid, and certain concentrations of hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, chloride, fluoride, and organic solvents.
Monel 400: Nickel (about 70%) – copper (about 30%) nickel-based alloy with good corrosion resistance in non-aerated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, and caustic alkalis. Particularly suitable for acidic chloride solutions and certain conditions of slightly salty and saline water.
Incoloy825: Suitable for various concentrations of sulfuric acid at low temperatures, good corrosion resistance in caustic alkalis solutions, but sensitive to crevice corrosion caused by chlorides.
654 SMO Advanced Stainless Steel: High-performance super low-carbon stainless steel with high Cr, Ni, Mo, N content compared to 254 SMO. Offers better resistance to chloride corrosion and can be used in cold seawater.
Hastelloy C-2000: Offers comprehensive corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments, with better resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking compared to C-276 alloy.
Alloy 59: Superior performance compared to other Ni-Cr-Mo stainless steels in most standard corrosion tests. Suitable for reducing environments in chemical process industries, with excellent corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid.
Inconel 686 Alloy: Similar corrosion resistance and application areas to Alloy 59 and C2000 alloys, a top-grade nickel-based corrosion-resistant commercial product.
BC-1: HASTELLOY® HYBRID-BC1® (UNS N10362) alloy, patented by Haynes, offers higher resistance to hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid corrosion compared to C-series alloys, extremely resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Titanium GR.1: Non-alloyed titanium, lightweight with self-passivating properties. Suitable for chloride-containing media, seawater, and various concentrations of saltwater. Exhibits good corrosion resistance in organic acids and dilute alkaline solutions.
Titanium Palladium Alloy GR.11: Non-alloyed titanium with added palladium (0.12%-0.25%), significantly improving corrosion resistance in acidic media. Suitable for various concentrations of nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and plating solutions, as well as dilute sulfuric acid.
