Technical Specifications for Copper Foil Surface Treatment Machine:
Please note that the above specifications describe the various stages of the copper foil surface treatment process, including unwinding, pickling, coarsening, solidifying, washing, blackening, galvanizing, passivating, silane treatment, drying, and rolling up. The equipment can handle copper foils with a thickness range of 9 to 105 micrometers and a maximum width of 1380mm, which can be customized as per specific customer requirements. The equipment is designed to control tension accurately and has a maximum speed of 45 meters per minute. The water consumption is around 28.8 cubic meters per hour, facilitated by 5 large washing tanks and 16 small washing tanks. The total electrical load of the equipment is approximately 250KW, excluding the rectifier power supply.
