MMO titanium wire anode is widely used in the cathodic protection field, the two sizes we produce is 1.5mm and 3.0mm. widely used in soil, storage tank, water container and other field. Base material is ASTM B863 gr1 or gr2 titanium wire, coating series is IrO2-Ta2O5+X or RuO2+IrO2+X. The flexible titanium anode also can be produced.
The MMO titanium wire anode is widely used in cathodic protection field, such as continuous horizontal bed, discontinuous vertical surface, Above ground storage tank equipment, Underground storage tank equipment , cable protection, water storage container and water treatment equipment. We company have strict quality control procedures to follow throughout the entire coating process, to guarantee proper coating adhesion and loading. Also, BJCSTI products are tested using an X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, to ensure the production of the highest quality product, which is fundamental in every step of the manufacturing process.
The coating series are related to the environment, for example, if in the soil, the coating is IrO2-Ta2O5+X series, if in the sea water, the coating is RuO2+IrO2+X series.
