Titanium Reactors Application:

Titanium Reactors Process:
Since 2001, Changsheng Titanium Co., Ltd. has started to set up the production line of titanium heat exchangers. Today, nearly 25 years of production experience. The production process of the following titanium reactor is summarized:
1. Raw material selection: choose titanium material, generally use titanium plate or titanium composite plate, titanium tube or titanium rod, etc.
2. Processing pretreatment: Pretreatment of raw materials such as titanium plates to remove iron filings and oxides on the surface.
3. Welding processing: Welding processing of titanium plates, etc., and welding according to the drawings to build the main structure of the titanium reactor.
4. Polishing: Polish the surface of the titanium reactor to remove weld marks and burrs, and improve the surface finish of the titanium reactor.
5. Post-treatment: anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion and other post-treatments to increase the service life of the titanium reactor.
6. Quality inspection: inspect the quality of the titanium reactor, inspect the dimensional accuracy, surface finish, etc., to ensure the quality of the titanium reactor.
