Equipment function: Use the heat of the reaction gas of the roaster to heat the waste acid from the pickling line to increase the concentration of waste acid and reduce the dust content in the flue gas.

Structure: one-piece structure, using four nozzles to feed acid along the tangential direction around it

Medium composition:

Liquid phase: concentrated waste acid (composition: HCl-50-170g/l, FeCl2-350-410g/l, FeCl3-30-70g/l, 95°C-100°C)

Gas phase: combustion exhaust gas (including: HCL steam, water vapor, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, a small amount of oxygen); iron oxide powder. Import: 380°C-460°C, Export: 83°C-95°C.
