The MMO titanium ribbon anode is covered with a layer of metal oxide with electrocatalytic activity on the titanium strip. The oxide coating has small polarization and extremely low consumption rate. It is usually used for cathodic protection of ground storage tank bottom and reinforced concrete structure. When the mixed metal oxide (MMO) titanium ribbon anode is used for external current cathodic protection of the storage tank bottom, it is generally laid vertically with the titanium conductor bar, and its intersection is spot welded to form an anode mesh.
