Our new type of high-efficiency copper dissolution tank revolutionizes the conventional heating method using natural gas by employing gas-liquid mixed-flow jet diversion technology. By fully combining oxygen bubbles in the air with copper wire and inducing a chemical oxidation reaction, the oxidation rate of the copper wire is significantly accelerated. Even without heating, when maintaining the copper wire quantity at 40t, the rate of dissolving copper reaches ≥ 200 kg/h, nearly twice as fast as the traditional spray-type copper dissolving rate. The tank’s innovative design not only improves the efficiency of the copper dissolution reaction but also drastically reduces the required quantity of copper material compared to traditional copper melting tanks.
For instance, in the case of an annual copper foil production of 10,000 tons, the new tank can reduce the occupied capital of copper raw material by approximately 50 million yuan (nearly $7.14 M). Furthermore, there is no need for steam heating, leading to substantial savings in the purchase of copper raw materials and energy costs for our customers.
